Out with the dead turf and buried junk. We re-grade so water leaves your foundation alone and the whole yard drains like it should.
Days 1–2Paths, borders, and sitting spots set on compacted base. Stone goes in before plants — always — so nothing gets trampled twice.
Days 2–4Amended soil, plants placed by hand, and fresh sod rolled tight. This is the day the yard starts looking like the sketch.
Days 4–6We walk every square foot with you, set the watering schedule, and come back in three weeks to check our own work.
