Fuse & Filament is a master electrician's shop for houses that deserve better wiring. This floor runs on the discipline we bring to a panel: sixty thousand grains of charged light, each one placed on purpose, live to every move you make. The arcs in the dark reach for your cursor like a coil finding ground. The call that gets answered
A bulb is nothing but glass drawn exactly around a working filament, and that is how we run a service call. We start with what your evening actually needs: the dead kitchen circuit, the breaker that will not hold, the outlet that runs warm. Then we trace the fault to its cause instead of its symptom, fix it once, and label the panel so the next visit is shorter. You cannot see where the decisions were made, only that every one of them holds current.

Power that carries clean
Under every good house runs the same thing that runs this page: load, carried cleanly, with nothing left floating. We size the service to how you actually live, not to the round number on a flyer. New panel, new bonds, every breaker seated and every splice in a box. Then we plan for the fault, because the fault is coming: arc-fault where code asks for it, surge protection at the service, and room in the panel for the EV you have not bought yet. A house is only as honest as its breaker.

Light that belongs to the room
The lightning bug was wiring summer nights long before any of us pulled a permit: cold light, no filament, no bill. That is the standard for lighting done well. The glow belongs to the room itself, never pasted on. We lay out recessed cans so the ceiling stays quiet, put the under-cabinet run on its own dimmer, and aim the landscape heads at your house instead of your neighbor's window. Watch the lantern: two seconds lit, two seconds dark, steady as a service beacon. Light that flatters the room, stays. Light that glares, gets cut.

Made by hand, held to code
The last study is the open hand, the same tool that pulls the wire, lands the terminations, and torques the lugs. Ours have done it long enough to prove it: service calls answered before breakfast, a fuse box walked up to 200-amp service with the drywall patched behind us, panels that pass inspection on the first walk. Different houses, one constant. Each job closes with the inspection signed and a panel map taped inside the door. Yours would be wired the same way: to code, for you, by hand.
