What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: if you ask us for a demo, we use your details to call you back about a website. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, and we never will.

What the demo form collects
The form on our homepage asks for four things:
- Your business name, so we know who we are building for.
- Your phone number, so we can call you back.
- Your trade, so the demo we build matches the work you do.
- Your email, which is optional, and only used if you would rather we wrote than called.
That is everything. There is no hidden field, no tracking pixel tied to your submission, and no third-party lead broker on the other end.
What we do with it
We contact you about building your website. That is the only use. Specifically, we do not:
- sell, rent, or trade your details to anyone,
- add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join,
- share your information with other businesses in your trade or your area.
Form submissions are delivered and stored through Netlify, the service that hosts this site, so that they reach us reliably. Netlify processes them on our behalf and does not use them for anything else.
Analytics
We measure how many people visit each page, which pages they arrive on, and whether they tap the phone number or send the demo form. We use Plausible for this, and it is worth being specific about what that means: no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no personal data. We can see that a page was viewed and that a call button was tapped. We cannot see who you are, and we cannot follow you to any other website.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your contact details for as long as we are working together and for our business records afterwards. If you do not, we keep the enquiry only as long as it is useful to follow up on, and you can have it removed sooner just by asking.
Ask us to delete your information
Email hello@basebloomdesign.com and say so. No form to fill in and no reason required. We will remove what we hold and confirm when it is done.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics does not use them either. Nothing here needs a cookie banner, which is why you did not get one.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this page
If what we collect ever changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your details.
